These Terms govern your use of the NeetMatrix app and website. By using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

NeetMatrix (the "Platform") is owned and operated by Pythesis(the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

1. What NeetMatrix is — and is not

NeetMatrix provides information and analysis based on historical NEET-UG counselling allotment data. It is an informational tool, not counselling advice, and not a guarantee of admission. Cutoffs and outcomes change every year. We are not affiliated with the MCC, NMC, DGHS, or any state counselling authority. Always verify critical decisions against official sources such as mcc.nic.in and your state counselling authority.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person; do not share paid access.

3. Plans & payment

Paid plans unlock additional data and features for the counselling season stated at purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on this site. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Access is granted after successful payment verification. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or content.
• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not misuse the AI counsellor for unlawful or abusive purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The app, website, design, and compiled datasets are owned by NeetMatrix. Underlying counselling data originates from public counselling authorities; our compilation, analysis, and presentation are protected.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the data is complete, error-free, or current for every college, category, quota, state, or year. Coverage varies by state and season and is disclosed in-product. You use predictions and estimates at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeetMatrix is not liable for admission outcomes, seat losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
