Refund & Cancellation Policy

NeetMatrix sells one-time digital access to data and features for the counselling season. Because access to paid data is granted immediately and digitally, please read this policy before you buy. NeetMatrix is owned and operated by Pythesis, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.

1. Free preview first

Every user can use the free tier and see sample data before paying. We encourage you to try it so you know what you are buying.

2. Refund window

• Within 48 hours of purchase and if you have not substantially used the paid data, you may request a full refund.
• After 48 hours, or once paid data/features have been substantially accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable, as the digital content has been delivered.

3. Exceptions — always refundable

• Duplicate/accidental charges for the same plan and account.
• A technical failure on our side that prevents access and cannot be resolved.
• You were charged but the plan was never activated on your account.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@neetmatrix.com from your account email with your payment reference and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. In-app purchases via Google Play

If you purchased through Google Play, Google's refund process may also apply and can be requested through the Play Store. Purchases made through our website are handled by us via Razorpay.
