Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your NeetMatrix account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed — as required by Google Play's data-deletion policy.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

• Open the NeetMatrix app.
• Go to Profile.
• Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

Your account and profile are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@neetmatrix.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and complete deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, Google identifier).
• Your counselling profile (rank, category, home state, course preference).
• Your saved watchlist.

What may be retained (and for how long)

• Payment/invoice records required for tax and accounting law are retained for the statutory period, then deleted. These are financial records only and are not used to identify you in the product.
• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

After deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining paid access ends. You are welcome to create a new account later, but past data will not be restored.
